Because we are just getting started, for now you’ll have to email us to learn about which which varieties we are roasting presently.

All of our coffees are roasted in small batches to order. This means you get the finest, freshest coffee possible even when shipped.

All of our coffees are available in half or 1 lb lined paper coffee bags for the eco-conscious OR plastic with a one way air valve for the ultimate in freshness.

Coffees are also available as whole bean or in a medium grind.

We highly recommend whole bean if you have access to a grinder. Grinding releases many of the complex compounds and aromatics in coffee and it’s best done just prior to brewing.

However, we can grind it for you if you don’t have a grinder.
